Role Summary:

The Manager Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development supports the Associate Director Talent Acquisition and Organization Development in delivering the workforce requirements and OD activities by managing the effective execution and delivery of TA and OD strategies, processes, and initiatives. The role ensures the attraction, assessment, and onboarding of the right talent to meet current and future business needs.

In addition, the Manager contributes to the enhancement and continuous improvement of TA/OD frameworks, policies, and practices including talent benchmarking, candidate assessment, employer branding, and selection processes while ensuring compliance with UAE employment law and DMCC HR standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of TA/OD strategy with business needs.
  • Deliver an effective talent acquisition strategy to source and attract high-calibre talent.
  • Optimise sourcing channels, talent pooling, branding, and attraction methods.
  • Drive execution of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Explore market best practices in recruitment and recommend adoption where appropriate.
  • Partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partner and business managers in reviewing, analyzing and implementing organizational structures.
  • Provide recommendations and feedback on organisation designs that ensure alignment with available resources and strategies.
  • Lead and support the implementation of effective organisation structures.
  • Upkeep the Organization structure documentation
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments,
  • interviews, and offers.
  • Facilitate the development of assessment materials such as psychometric assessment, competency-based interviews, written exercises or presentations.
  • Facilitate training to line managers for effective interviewing skills.
  • Identify and select the most cost-efficient sourcing options for the company ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Manage Contingent worker vendors and oversee the sourcing of appropriate talent for current open roles within the organisation both Permanent and
  • Use various means in sourcing talents such as social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  • Track and report key metrics to monitor effectiveness and support decisionmaking
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Emiratisation strategy.
  • Analyse Emiratisation gaps and determine priority hiring areas.
  • Implement a proactive, strategic and forward-looking plan for the recruitment of Emirati professionals and Emirati Graduate Trainees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Sourcing and headhunting techniques.
  • Behavioural interviewing techniques.
  • Recruitment dashboards and social networking platforms. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.
  • UAE labour law and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
