Job Summary:

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple countries within the assigned region. This role ensures the successful execution of hiring plans, achievement of recruitment KPIs, and delivery of high-quality talent while partnering closely with business leaders, HR, Resource Management, and global recruitment teams. The role focuses on workforce planning, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, team leadership, and continuous process improvement to support business growth.

Key Skills

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3-5 years leading regional recruitment teams.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries, preferably within the GCC and MENA region.
  • Proven experience in IT consulting, technology, SAP, or professional services recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume and niche technical hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, reporting, and workforce planning.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
  • Professional HR or Recruitment certification (SHRM, CIPD, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, etc.).
  • Experience building regional recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience with recruitment automation and AI-powered sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of regional labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or consulting organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition delivery function across assigned countries and business units.
  • Develop and execute regional hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and business-critical positions.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future business needs.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Drive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with HR, Resource Management, and Delivery teams to align hiring with project demands.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and local labor regulations.
  • Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and hiring reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
