This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Group Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to design/drive the implementation and execution of Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives in ST Engineering in partnership with functional stakeholders across the business, HR and fellow Talent Partners
- Manage end-to-end scholars assimilation and rotations within the Group to develop and retain the future talent pipeline
- Responsible to design and roll out Hi-Potential development initiatives that are strategic for the business
- Regularly engage and check-in with the top talent pool in your Business Area
- Partner with HRBP Leads to prepare and drive robust Succession Planning and Talent Reviews for Singapore and International BUs with guidance from COE
- Perform analyses and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other Talent & Learning Development outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years experience in talent development, organizational development, professional development, adult learning, or other related people field
- Experience in designing and leading leadership development initiatives
- Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
- Proven skills with managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to work to tight timescale
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees across the organization
