Brief Job Description:
The Manager, Turnaround Management, TAM & Strategic Planning is responsible for leading turnaround planning and execution activities, managing key technical accounts, and driving strategic planning initiatives across the organization. The role ensures successful delivery of plant turnaround/shutdown programs, strengthens customer and stakeholder relationships, and supports the development and execution of corporate and departmental strategies to achieve operational excellence, business growth, and long-term sustainability.
