Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Managing Director & Senior Client Partner. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading strategic capital deployment initiatives, overseeing investment structuring and execution, and managing high-value client relationships. Key tasks include identifying growth opportunities in high-potential markets, formulating innovative investment strategies, managing compliance, and providing expert advisory to clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in investment strategies, capital deployment, and private equity management
• Proven leadership abilities, strong client relationship management, and cross-border team collaboration skills
• Deep knowledge of Digital Assets, Blockchain Infrastructure, FinTech, and other unconventional growth market sectors
• Exceptional strategic planning, decision-making, and project management abilities
• Experience in regulatory compliance, tax optimization, and global financial structuring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-value investment portfolios
