Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager based in El Faiyum. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing production plans, managing manufacturing operations, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Additional duties involve supervising production teams, optimizing productivity, and maintaining adherence to safety regulations and protocols. The Factory Manager will play a key role in achieving production goals and sustaining seamless operations.

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards in manufacturing
• Strong Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Proven track record in leading teams and ensuring workflow optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in factory or manufacturing management roles
