Your Mission

• Drive the Strategy: Take full P&L accountability and execute the long-term vision for revenue and profitability.
• Lead Commercial Excellence: Command all business units (Poultry, Ruminant, Vaccines & more) to optimize sales and deepen market penetration.
• Spearhead Global Expansion: Be the architect of our international footprint, identifying and conquering new markets.
• Build a World-Class Team: Foster a culture of accountability and mentor senior leaders to build a robust succession pipeline.

Are You This Leader

• 20+ years of progressive executive leadership in the Animal Health industry.
• A proven track record of full P&L ownership and success.
• Demonstrated experience in driving international business expansion.
• Deep commercial acumen with a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
