We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead the growth of HomeSeek Real Estate LLC.

Your Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the brokerage

- Manage client relationships and ensure top-tier service
- Work closely with the founder on strategy, scaling, and brand development
- Drive growth through innovation, leadership, and smart decision-making
Ideal Candidate- Minimum 35 years experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven track record in closing and leading teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
