As we continue to grow our regional footprint, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Partner to help lead the firm's next chapter.
The Role:
As Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Alpha Leadership Co. You will lead high-profile executive search mandates, build and nurture C-suite relationships across key industries, and help scale the firm's presence throughout the UAE and the broader GCC. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned search professional to take on a true leadership and ownership stake in a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, board, and senior leadership roles across diverse industries
- Develop and execute the firm's growth strategy, including new client acquisition, market expansion, and service line development
- Build and maintain a strong network of C-suite executives, board members, and key decision-makers across the region
- Oversee and mentor a team of researchers, consultants, and associates, fostering a high-performance culture
- Represent Alpha Leadership Co. at industry events, forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and reputation
- Manage P&L responsibility for assigned business lines or client portfolios
- Ensure the highest standards of search methodology, candidate assessment, and client delivery
- Contribute to firm-wide strategic decisions as part of the leadership/partner group
What We're Looking For:
- 12+years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or senior HR/talent leadership roles, with a strong track record of successful C-suite placements
- Established network of senior executives and business leaders within the UAE/GCC region
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships at the CEO/Board level
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics across sectors such as finance, real estate, energy, technology, or government/public sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling a business
- Fluency in English required
- International or multinational executive search experience is a strong advantage
