Job Overview
The Manicure & Pedicure Specialist is responsible for delivering high-end nail care and grooming services to VVIP and high-profile guests within a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires exceptional attention to hygiene, discretion, personalization, and service excellence aligned with Salayel Hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, gel, spa, and therapeutic treatments
- Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polish application
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards in compliance with UAE health regulations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized before and after each service
- Offer personalized recommendations for nail care and treatments
- Maintain a calm, relaxing, and luxury guest experience
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of VVIP and high-profile guests
- Monitor product usage and maintain inventory levels
- Keep workstation clean, organized, and aligned with luxury presentation standards
- Stay updated with latest nail care trends, techniques, and products
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Technician in luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center
- Recognized beauty therapy or nail technician certification
- Knowledge of gel polish, nail art, spa treatments, and hand/foot massage techniques
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sterilization procedures
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Experience handling VIP/VVIP guests preferred
- Calm personality with high level of discretion and confidentiality
