The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels in dry/hardware techniques and prides themselves on flawless execution. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-end services to a diverse, international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality Russian Manicures and Pedicures.
- Expert application of Gel, Shellac, and Nail Extensions (Hard Gel/Polygel).
- Create artistic and trending nail designs upon client request.
- Ensure the highest standards of sterilization and workstation hygiene (Sanitizing/Autoclaving).
- Provide personalized consultations to clients in both Russian and English.
Requirements
- Language: Must be fluent in Russian and English (essential for client communication).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a high-end or Russian-style salon.
- Technical Skill: Mastery of the Russian Manicure (E-file/Hardware technique) and cuticle work.
- Location: Currently based in the Dubai - UAE (preferred) or willing to relocate.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, professional demeanor, and a passion for the latest beauty trends.
