Role Purpose:

Developing & implementing the Human Capital agenda by data analytics, digital transformation, and budgeting & forecasting.

The role will enable MAF Lifestyle's leaders to use data-based insights to optimize employee potential and impact on business results. The role will drive impact by generating, sharing, and scaling people analytics insights.

Strategic Responsibilites:

  • Lead MAF Lifestyle manpower planning strategy through effective management and reporting of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Lead MAF Lifestyle's Human capital transformation through designing systems, streamlining processes and impactful use cases
  • Aligning with MAF group people analytics vision and strategy, prioritizing deliverables while building the foundation for advanced analytics and implementation
  • Ensure and educate a culture of HC practices that drive strong data collection, innovation and data-based decision making
  • Continuous review, design, manage and execute MAF Lifestyle's frontline Incentive and in-store competition programs to impact sales performance

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage MAF Lifestyle Human Capital operating cost vs plan
  • Providing analytical manpower recommendations to Senior Leadership team for an effective workforce plan
  • Lead and manage MAF Lifestyle's annual merit cycle and bonus payout process with the support of GS Total Rewards tower
  • Management of GS HCDX, HC Analytics and TA towers ensuring high service level is delivered
  • Support Talent Acquisition to embed priorities and strategic direction of manpower
  • Continuously drive improvements in digital tools and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal best practice

Customer & Governance:

  • Ensures consistency and equity in approach to all employee experiences through the consideration of people, financials, process, and operating models
  • Keep abreast of systems/process changes and ensure the information is translated appropriately and promptly to the employees
  • Ensure continuous review and action-based focus based on continuous engagement results
  • Responsible for Human Capital Audit, ensuring the sanctity and compliance of all HC processes
  • Continuously identify human capital process and interactions that can be digitally transformed to make a seamless employee experience

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree with background/experience in Human resource management/ Finance
  • CIPD/SHRM certification will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation, developing workforce plans, and influencing decisions by evidence-based decision-making practice
  • 6-8 years in analytics and finance-related role
  • Experience in digital projects delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Human Capital Management software
  • Regional experience with knowledge of regional HC policies and laws
