We are looking to appoint a Manpower Manager or Specialist to lead workforce planning and manpower strategy within a complex, growing organisation. This is a newly created position designed to fill a critical gap in the current structure and provide both strategic oversight and operational support for manpower planning.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain structured, efficient manpower frameworks and processes
Partner with HR and business leaders to align headcount planning with business strategy
Analyse workforce data to support planning, budgeting, and decision-making
Ensure compliance with manpower policies and support audits, reporting, and governance requirements
Provide both strategic input and hands-on operational support where required
Proven experience in manpower planning / workforce planning within a complex or large organisation
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to workforce management
Experience designing or managing structured manpower frameworks
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Experience with compliance, reporting, and governance is highly desirable
