Manufacturing Control Supervisor
- Review and follow up on the co-manufacturing process with external factories to ensure smooth operations and minimize losses and errors.
- Monitor, control, and maintain accurate stock levels of fabrics & accessories, managing stock data & locations.
- Oversee the receipt, verification (quantity/quality), and storage of incoming fabric & accessories shipments.
- Review, control & monitor bill of materials and manufacturing orders
- Monitoring fabric balances at the factories to ensure compliance with the production orders & consumption ratios set by the Planning Department.
- Ensuring that any leftover fabrics or accessories are returned to the company's warehouses and properly recorded in the system.
- Reporting any discrepancies in the agreed consumption ratios to the Finance Department for appropriate action.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies in quantities and locations.
- Maintain data integrity in inventory management systems on odoo, generate reports on stock movement, trends, and performance, and manage item location codes.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and protocols to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Visually inspect fabric quality and coordinate the removal or transfer of damaged or obsolete materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing control, production planning, or operations supervision.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate across departments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
