Manufacturing Engineer

• Develops manufacturing processes for new products, equipment and set-up.
• Generate and release technical documents (e.g. BOM, work instructions, Route card).
• Conduct training for shopfloor personnel.
• Provide timely support to investigate and resolve process, equipment and part issues.
• Implement Engineering changes for improvements (process, NCR, CAPA, complaints).
• Lead pFMEA activities and perform equipment qualification and process validation.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Participate in product transfer activities or new project.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

. Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly of medical devices will be an added advantage
• Experience with laser welding, marking, and cutting processes is an advantage.

Skills

• Hands-on experience on Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Process Validation
• Manufacturing process know-how and troubleshooting
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills
• Six sigma trained preferred.
