Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction and integration into manufacturing.
• Review technical documents and ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process improvements, and capacity assessments.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documents (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, WI).
• Drive productivity improvements through process optimization, fixtures, and equipment enhancements.
• Support MRB activities, QA audits, and technical issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and support ad-hoc projects.
• Willing to work in cleanroom environments and travel when required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in assembly or automation manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of BOM, mechanical drawings, and basic GD&T.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
• Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
