What you need to know about this position:
- Ensure the skill matrix is regularly updated and accurately maintained to reflect current competency levels.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and OPLs (One-Point Lessons).
- Develop and organize the equipment tree structure for the new production line to ensure proper asset management and documentation
- Compile, review, and register spare parts lists for all new OEM equipment to support maintenance readiness and inventory control.
- Follow up on material requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery according to project schedules.
