Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize production line layout, workflow, and tooling to support efficient manufacturing
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and lower cost of production
- Support capacity planning and line balancing across production programs
- Work with Assembly, Test, and Quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and process issues
- Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of manufacturing/production engineering experience in an electronics or precision manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with line layout planning, tooling design, and capacity/throughput analysis
- Strong hands-on, floor-based problem-solving orientation
