About the role
Lead enterprise-wide manufacturing transformation across production planning/scheduling, shop-floor execution, asset management, manufacturing costing and quality integration for all plants. Serve as manufacturing business lead for ERP and connected shop-floor systems, ensuring fit-to-standard design, process harmonization and value realization.
What you'll do
- Set manufacturing strategy, roadmap and governance across plants
- Lead ERP manufacturing implementation (production orders, routings, recipes, batches, yield/loss)
- Design production planning/scheduling (MRP, finite capacity, MPS) and asset/maintenance transformation (CMMS, TPM, reliability)
- Own manufacturing costing, variance and performance transparency
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma/OEE/Industry 4.0 continuous improvement
- Own manufacturing data, MES/APS/EAM integration and KPI dashboards
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or related (Master's/MBA a plus)
- 10–15+ years in manufacturing operations/systems/ops excellence, with transformation leadership in FMCG or process manufacturing
- At least one full ERP-enabled implementation from design to stabilization
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Dynamics, Infor, IFS or JDE; MES/APS/EAM integration
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP or TPM/WCM certification a plus
- Food & beverage, consumer goods, pharma or regulated process industry experience preferred
