Role Description The Marble Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings and layout plans for marble and other stone installations based on project specifications and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, creating precise cutting lists, coordinating with production and installation teams, and updating drawings to reflect site measurements and changes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining organized drawing records, and collaborating closely with project managers and sales teams to meet delivery timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical drawing skills using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and related drafting tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of marble, granite, and other stone materials, including cutting, finishing, and installation practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in measurement, layout planning, and preparing detailed cutting lists and shop drawings.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality-focused work habits.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills to work with design, production, and site teams.
• Relevant experience as a Draftsman in stone, marble, or construction industry is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Drafting, Architecture, Civil, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
