Marine Construction Director
Job Summary:
Lead and manage large-scale Shore and off shore construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Shore and off shore construction activities, teams, equipment, subcontractors, and resources.
- Oversee ports, harbors, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, dredging, and reclamation works.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Resolve technical and construction issues and support tendering and business development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, or related Engineering.
- 20+ years of marine construction experience, preferably with major construction/contracting companies.
- Strong leadership, project management, technical, and commercial skills.
