We are currently seeking experienced tradespeople to join our growing team in Ras al-Khaimah.
The Role
As a Marine Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on marine vessels and structures. You will work across live projects, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair marine electrical systems including wiring, switchboards, control panels, and lighting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults on vessels and marine equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure all electrical work complies with maritime regulations and safety standards
- Conduct testing and commissioning of new electrical installations
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Marine Electrician or in a similar marine electrical role
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience working in a shipyard, offshore, or marine construction environment
- Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications preferred
- Fluent English – written and spoken
