As a Marine Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our marine business in Egypt, driving growth for Mitsubishi Marine Engines and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share for our Marine Engines in Egypt.
  • Identify, target, and engage shipowners, shipyards, fleet operators, and marine service providers.
  • Explore and secure new business opportunities to expand Korra Energi's customer base.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding marine engine specifications, applications, and performance.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Recommend competitive strategies to strengthen Korra Energi's positioning within the marine power solutions market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and aftersales, to ensure seamless project execution and customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the marine industry (marine engines, propulsion systems, or marine power solutions).
  • Strong technical understanding of marine engines, diesel generators, propulsion systems, and related products.
  • Established professional network within the Egyptian marine sector (shipowners, operators, shipbuilders, service providers).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to identify high-potential opportunities.
