Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical Fleet Management
- Manage the overall technical performance of assigned marine vessels/craft.
- Ensure vessels operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
- Monitor the technical condition of the fleet and recommend improvements to the Head of Technical Fleet Management.
- Ensure vessels comply with class requirements, corporate standards, and national/international maritime regulations.
2. Maintenance & Repairs
- Ensure assigned vessels are maintained to the required technical and operational standards.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure execution of planned preventive maintenance.
- Identify technical defects, breakdowns, and maintenance issues and arrange corrective action.
3. Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
- Monitor and manage the vessel's Planned Maintenance System.
- Ensure scheduled maintenance jobs are completed on time.
