We're Hiring: Market Access Executive – UAE

ELPEN MEA, based in Dubai, is looking for a Market Access Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The role will focus on market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, healthcare stakeholder engagement, and portfolio access across the UAE.

Reporting Line

You will report directly to the General Manager, ELPEN MEA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support market access strategies for the ELPEN portfolio across the UAE

• Assess pricing, reimbursement, formulary, and healthcare policy requirements affecting portfolio access

• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, payers, providers, and relevant authorities

• Monitor changes in the healthcare environment and translate market developments into actionable insights

• Support evidence generation, value communication, and access materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support business planning, launch readiness, and portfolio growth

• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on access initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics, or a related field

• Degree in Pharmacy

• Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and understanding access dynamics in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy principles

• Proven stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project coordination skills

• Ability to interpret market data and turn insights into clear business recommendations

• Experience with Cardiology and/or Respiratory portfolios is a plus
