Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Market Access Lead - Primary Care to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring that EVA Pharma's primary care portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement. The successful candidate will lead market access strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and champion the value of our therapies across diverse healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for EVA Pharma's primary care products, including Cardiometabolic, Anti-infective, Pulmonology, and Bone & Pain portfolios
- Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Governmental Affairs) to align access strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups
- Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities
- Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies, to strengthen product value propositions
- Manage and develop a team of market access, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Track and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or related field (master's degree is preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with deep exposure to primary care therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in Egypt
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
