Our portfolio includes botanical extracts, natural ingredients, flavour systems, essential oils and specialised raw materials for the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.

We are seeking a Market Access Specialist – Ingredients to support the commercial introduction and development of specialised ingredients across GCC markets.

The Role

The Market Access Specialist will evaluate how selected products can be introduced into target markets and customer segments, combining market analysis, product positioning, customer requirements and commercial development.

This is not a Regulatory Affairs position. The focus is commercial market entry and product opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse GCC market opportunities for selected ingredients and product categories.
• Identify relevant customer segments and industrial applications.
• Map potential customers, distributors and strategic partners.
• Assess competitive products and alternative solutions.
• Support commercial positioning of new ingredients.
• Analyse customer requirements by sector and application.
• Prepare market-entry assessments for selected products.
• Coordinate with Product and Commercial teams on launch priorities.
• Support identification of suitable routes to market.
• Analyse pricing structures and competitive positioning.
• Monitor market trends affecting food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients.
• Support development of customer target lists.
• Prepare market and opportunity reports for management.
• Coordinate initial product information required for commercial evaluation.
• Support international suppliers entering GCC markets through PGT.
• Monitor progress of newly introduced products.
• Identify barriers affecting commercial adoption.
• Support development of market-specific commercial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Food Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in market analysis, product management, business development, ingredients or B2B commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to understand technical B2B products.
• Strong research and market-mapping abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work with Commercial and Product teams.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience within GCC markets is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of these sectors is particularly relevant:

• Food ingredients
• Botanical extracts
• Nutraceuticals
• Pharmaceuticals
• Flavours
• Essential oils
• Cosmetics
• Specialty chemicals

Experience supporting new product introduction or market-entry projects is advantageous.

Arabic is useful but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

AED 16,000 – 22,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
