Job Purpose:
The Analyst serves as an investment insight professional for Bridge Holding's Investor Relations function, responsible for developing market research and benchmarking analyses, monitoring macro-economic and regional trends impacting investor sentiment, and providing data-driven insights that inform investor targeting, pitch development, and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities in private equity market analysis, LP behavior patterns, and emerging market dynamics.
The position combines market analysis with investor relations support, including global LP trends and capital flows analysis, data-driven pitch material development, investor benchmarking and targeting analysis, and monitoring of regulatory and economic trends impacting emerging market investor sentiment. The Analyst operates under the direction of the Investor Relations Director while providing analytical support to fundraising initiatives, LP engagement programs, roadshows, and strategic communication activities aligned with Bridge Holding's fundraising strategy and investment positioning.
Responsibilities:
•Deal Pipeline Support & Opportunity Screening: Support Business Development Directors in opportunity sourcing activities through market research, deal flow management, opportunity tracking, and preliminary screening of opportunities against Bridge Holding's investment criteria.
•Preliminary Due Diligence & Investment Analysis: Conduct preliminary financial analysis, valuation assessments, and investment committee due diligence on sourced opportunities, preparing investment memos, financial models, and summary presentations for Director review and investment decision support.
•Investor Engagement & Communication Support: Support relationship development activities with institutional investors, family offices, and co-investment partners, assisting with investor communications, information requests, pitch material preparation, and investor event coordination.
•Relationship Management & CRM Support: Maintain and update investor relationship database and CRM systems, track investor interactions and conversations, prepare investor updates, and support pipeline tracking and opportunity coordination.
•Market Analysis & Sector Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis for priority emerging markets and Latin American markets, assess sector trends and opportunities, and provide market intelligence to support Business Development Directors strategic planning and opportunity identification.
•Investor Landscape & Competitor Monitoring: Research and monitor investor landscape, investor mandates and preferences, competitive positioning, and market trends that inform Bridge Holding's positioning and go-to-market strategy.
•Deal Coordination & Documentation: Support transaction management activities including deal tracking, timeline management, document coordination, and support for closing activities under the direction of Business Development Directors.
•Sector Lead Coordination & Input: Support coordination between Business Development Directors and Sector Practice Leads for opportunity evaluation, sector-specific due diligence, and deal qualification discussions.
•Deal Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain deal pipeline tracking systems, prepare regular opportunity pipeline reports, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of deal status, milestones, and requirements.
•Administrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative support for business development activities, prepare presentations and materials for investor meetings, investor conferences, and business development forums, and maintain deal documentation and filing systems.
•Investor Communication & Information Support: Support LP origination activities by assisting with investor communications, investor presentations, fund strategy materials, and investor information requests.
•Co-Investment Opportunity Analysis: Support identification and analysis of co-investment opportunities, assisting with partner evaluation, structure analysis, and coordination with potential co-investment partners.
•Placement Agent Support & Deal Tracking: Support coordination with placement agents and intermediaries, maintaining intermediary contact information, tracking deal flow, and assisting with placement agent reporting and documentation.
•Intermediary Relationship Maintenance: Support relationship development with deal intermediaries through communication support, information provision, and coordination of business development activities with intermediary partners.
•Fund Strategy Materials & Communications: Support development of fund strategy materials, investor presentations, market positioning documents, and fund marketing materials under direction of Business Development Directors.
•Market Entry & Expansion Support: Provide analytical and operational support for market entry initiatives, new fund launches, and expansion strategies, including market research, positioning analysis, and investor landscape assessment.
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field from a recognized university
• Candidate for advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance or Business) or recent graduate with strong academic credentials preferred
• Exposure to investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development through internships or early career roles
