Responsibilities:

Market Research & Insights

  • Design and execute market research plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative studies: market sizing, segmentation, customer behavior, and demand analysis.
  • Track industry trends, macroeconomic indicators, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to deliver timely, accurate insights for internal stakeholders.

Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking

  • Assess competitor strategies, capabilities, market positioning, and performance.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Maintain competitor databases covering products, partnerships, pricing, and strategic moves.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for decision-making.

Business Performance Analysis

  • Develop KPIs and frameworks to measure execution and business unit performance.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and commercial data to uncover gaps and trends.
  • Build predictive models and scenario analyses to support budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Provide clear, actionable performance reports to senior management.

Strategic Planning & Corporate Development Support

  • Turn market and performance insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Support feasibility studies, business cases, and investment evaluations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, diversification, and innovation themes.
  • Align strategic initiatives with market conditions and organizational capabilities.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Communicate insights clearly to management, committees, and business units.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate data, analytical integrity, and alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external research agencies and provide guidance to junior analysts.
