Role Overview
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring successful project execution, and driving the growth of client accounts. This role requires a combination of client-facing communication, project management, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
lServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
lUnderstand and align with the client's business goals and marketing objectives.
lRegularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and address concerns or inquiries.
lIdentify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to meet client needs.
Project Management:
lOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
lCollaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
lCreate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
lEnsure project objectives are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Strategic Planning:
lWork with clients to define marketing strategies and goals.
lDevelop and present strategic plans and recommendations to clients.
lContinuously assess and adjust strategies based on performance and changing market conditions.
Client Communication:
lPrepare and deliver reports, presentations, and campaign performance analysis to clients.
lAddress client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
lKeep clients informed of industry trends and insights that may impact their business.
Budget Management:
lManage client budgets and allocations effectively.
lMonitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget constraints.
lProvide financial reports and analysis to clients as needed.
Quality Assurance:
lReview and approve marketing materials and content to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
lConduct quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
Client Retention:
lIdentify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
lProactively address any issues to prevent client churn.
Production Management:
lLead Photoshoots: Take charge of the entire photoshoot process, from conceptualization to execution. Collaborate with photographers and models to ensure that each shot aligns with the brand's narrative and resonates with our target audience.
lQuality Control: Uphold the highest standards of visual quality. Review and approve all aspects of the photoshoot process, from pre-production to post-production, to guarantee that the final output aligns with our brand identity.
Skills & Experience
lBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
lProven experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
lStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
lExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
lProficiency in project management tools and software.
lAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
lStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
