Role Description The Marketing Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for managing key customer and brand accounts within Kozamtik's beauty portfolio. This role oversees day-to-day communication, ensuring that marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches are executed effectively and aligned with client and company goals. The Marketing Account Manager will coordinate internal teams to deliver projects on time, manage sales pipelines and forecasts for assigned accounts, and track performance metrics to support business growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading presentations and proposals, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular reports and insights to management. The role also involves maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and brand partners while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, client servicing, and retention.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Relevant experience in marketing or commercial roles within beauty, FMCG, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with basic sales/CRM tools, and the ability to interpret market data and performance reports.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo.
