We are seeking a full-time Marketing Agency Operation Manager for an on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. This position involves overseeing daily marketing operations, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency, managing marketing analytics, and implementing automation tools to optimize campaign performance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor team members to maintain operational excellence and consistently exceed client expectations.

• Strong expertise in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Marketing Automation tools and processes
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with the EMEA market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
