The Marketing & Communication Coordinator will be responsible for driving high-impact commercial marketing strategies, focusing on drive-to-store, sell-out, and sales maximization.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works in close collaboration with the Retail, Sales, Product, and Merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Definition and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Development of drive-to-store initiatives to increase foot traffic and in-store conversion rates.
- Planning of promotional and commercial strategies to maximize sales and margins.
- Coordination of product launches, promotions, and special initiatives focused on sell-out performance.
- Analysis of key commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, traffic, conversion, ROI).
- Optimization of pricing, promotional, and assortment levers.
- Support for the retail and wholesale network with sales-oriented tools and campaigns.
- Management and development of the marketing team.
- Continuous collaboration with the Product department to improve performance and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic and coordinative marketing roles with strong commercial accountability.
- Background in retail, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Data-driven approach, focused on KPIs and measurable results.
- Experience in managing promotional and drive-to-store activities.
- Leadership skills, strategic vision, and operational pragmatism.
