Role Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and communication strategy to support business growth, enhance brand positioning, and promote construction projects. The role focuses on corporate branding, project marketing, tender support, and internal and external communications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Prepare and manage marketing materials including Company Profile, Project Profiles, brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Support the tendering and business development teams with high-quality marketing content and presentations.
- Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity and visual guidelines across all channels.
- Oversee website content and marketing collateral updates.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and recommend improvements.
Communications
- Manage corporate communications internally and externally.
- Draft and publish press releases, company news, and project announcements.
- Coordinate communication related to new projects, milestones, and achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, partners, and stakeholders as required.
- Manage media relations, exhibitions, and industry events.
Digital & Media
- Manage and oversee company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) in line with the construction industry's standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies (design, digital marketing, production).
- Supervise visual content such as project photography and videos.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within construction, contracting, or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of the construction market, tendering processes, and project-based marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
