Riyadh Najed Schools is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts).

Manage the school's social media presence and community engagement.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and internal departments.

Cover school events, educational activities, and marketing activations.

Support student enrollment campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or social media management.

✔ Experience in digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.

✔ Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Meta Business Suite.

✔ Photography, videography, and basic video editing skills.

✔ Experience with AI marketing tools and digital analytics.

✔ Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• ✔ Experience in the education sector is a plus.
