Marketing & Growth Lead

I'm looking for a female Marketing & Growth Lead who understands marketing as a growth engine, not just posting content.

This is a full-time, internal role, working directly with the CEO, with a hybrid setup (in-person + remote) and some movement between Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

This role spans an established brand, a new concept in the making, and the CEO's personal brand offering exposure across multiple stages of growth.

You don't need to tick every box but you do need to think big, take initiative, and work independently.

Experience in some of the following is Mandatory:

• Marketing strategy & growth
• Content that actually drives visibility (Instagram & TikTok)
• Website management
• Copywriting

Experience in below is not mandatory but ideal:

• SEO & Google (including AI / search visibility)
• Paid ads (Meta & Google)
• Professional Videography / photography

I'm looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized
• Self-driven (no hand-holding)
• Comfortable with admin + execution
• Always thinking ahead and outside the box

Bachelor in a business major is mandatory. A Marketing degree is a bonus.

Budget for the role will depend on skill set and the year of experience
