Job Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Relations Executive (Emirati) only will be responsible for promoting the company's services across government and semi-government entities. The role focuses on relationship-building, service introduction, market presence, and lead generation, without direct sales targets. The position supports the company's strategic growth and visibility within government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit government, semi-government, and related entities to introduce and promote the company's services
  • Act as the primary representative of the company during official visits, meetings, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Generate qualified marketing and service leads and coordinate internally for follow-up
  • Support business development initiatives through market intelligence and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate communication of services and capabilities
  • Prepare visit reports, lead summaries, and market insights for management review
  • Participate in exhibitions, official events, and networking activities when required
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, protocols, and professional standards

Scope of Role

  • No direct sales targets or revenue KPIs
  • Focus on lead generation, relationship development, and service awareness
  • Coverage includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Emirati Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and English (professional level)
  • Knowledge of local government structures and professional etiquette
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the emirates.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct suitable for government engagement
