Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The intern will support daily marketing activities such as assisting with campaign execution, preparing promotional materials, and helping manage digital and offline marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering competitor and industry data, and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The intern will also assist the sales and business development teams with lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and basic customer service tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to support new business opportunities, maintain customer databases, and contribute to proposals and sales materials.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and support the development of effective Marketing Strategy initiatives.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and business development, including lead generation and follow-up.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about industrial products and B2B markets; prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
