About the Role:
Marketing & Communications Manager will lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Wooden Coffee brand, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. From campaigns to content, events to analytics — you'll own it end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Draft and distribute press releases and media materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee promotional events and activations.
- Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage timelines and budgets for all marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing planning and brand management.
- Strong PR skills — press releases, media relations, and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to act on performance data.
- Experience of 5+ years in the F&B sector is required.
- English proficiency required · Arabic is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
