Job Description

Roadshow Planning & Execution

• End-to-end planning, coordination and supervision ofcorporate and public roadshows
• Develop schedules, timelines and contingency plans
• Source agents, manage logistics, leads and on-ground execution
• Enforce brand standards and messaging consistency
  

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities
• Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
  

Outlet & Product Support

• On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods
• Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations
• Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams
• Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports

Others

• Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required

工作职责

.演活动策划与执行

• 负责企业及公众.演活动的全流程策划、统筹及现场监督执行。
• 制定活动时间表、执行计划及应急预案(Contingency Plans)。
• 寻找及管理合作代理商,统筹物流安排、潜在客户(Leads)管理及现场执行工作。
• 确保所有活动符合品牌标准,并维持品牌形象及宣传信息的一致性。

业务发展

• 发掘及开发新的业务部门、合作机会及收入来源。
• 安排及协调合作伙伴会议,并协助推动业务增长策略。
• 进行市场调研、行业趋势分析及竞争对手分析(Benchmarking)。

门店与产品支援

• 在产品发布及市场推广活动期间提供现场支援。
• 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店促销活动(In-store Activations)。
• 作为市场营销总部与各门店团队之间的主要沟通协调窗口。
• 监控销售表现,并于产品上市后整理及提交成效分析报告。

其他职责

• 完成公司安排的其他临时工作(Ad-hoc Duties)。
• 根据需要,协助跨部门项目及相关工作。
