Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, analytics)
- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print advertising
- Create marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, presentations, promotional materials)
- Write and edit marketing content, including email campaigns, press releases, and ad copy
- Update and optimize website messaging and content
- Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns
- Manage and track advertising spend across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Identify strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities and manage relationships
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or relevant professional experience and portfolio demonstrating job requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts (personal, academic, or internship experience acceptable)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic design and creative skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, paid ads)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights dashboards)
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience with email or text marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Twilio)
- Basic knowledge of website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of AI Tools including Lovable (or other AI website builder), Marblism (or other AI agent platform), and Claude Cowork (or other AI platform)
- Startup or early-stage product experience
