About The Role
Division50 runs paid advertising that drives real leads for our clients. We're hiring a Marketing Associate / Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google — someone who has personally owned budgets and hit cost targets.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for client accounts
- Own budgets; optimize to target CPA / ROAS; manage creative testing
- Report performance clearly and adjust fast
What We're Looking For (non-negotiable)
- You've personally managed live paid-ad campaigns with real budget — building, optimizing, and reporting yourself (not assisted)
- Comfortable across Meta and Google; fluent in CPA, ROAS, CTR, and budget pacing
- Data-driven and hands-on
- Fluent English; Arabic a plus
Nice to have: Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification; agency experience; Middle East campaigns.
