Job Purpose:

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the implementation of retail and aesthetic consumer brand strategies within the Saudi Arabian market. The role focuses on executing actionable plans that align with the brand's vision, bridging the gap between clinical efficacy and consumer marketing through operational support in product launches, market research, and integrated omnichannel execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Support the identification of consumer needs and contribute to maintaining customer loyalty programs to assist in driving business success and growth within the Consumer Health sector.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of tactical plans and provide operational support to the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business's revenue and profitability drivers.
  • Contribute to the execution of business strategies and roadmaps by providing necessary administrative and research support.
  • Assist in market research, pricing analysis, and product development support for new and existing initiatives.
  • Help implement marketing strategies across various channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to support business operations and decision-making
  • Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct research on target markets, demographics, competitors, and industry trends to provide actionable insights for the Marketing Manager.
  • Work with agencies to coordinate the creation of engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and brochures.
  • Monitor and track sell-out data, stock levels, and marketing metrics to help evaluate campaign performance and identify trends.
  • Assist in expanding consumer reach through the coordination of digital marketing activities and endorsements by HCPs and influencers.
  • Provide end-to-end support in planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

1-3 years of Previous marketing experience in the healthcare sector.

Skills:

  • Basic skills in coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Familiarity with social media management, SEO basics, and working with digital influencers.
  • Ability to track KPIs, monitor stock levels (Sell-out/Sell-in), and generate basic performance reports.
