Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Location: Paya Lebar, Singapore

Type: Contract (6 months-1 year, renewable)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, resourceful Marketing & Business Development Associate to help grow our presence and pipeline in the adult learning industry. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and business development. You'll plan and run our social media and website content, support lead generation for our programs, and own the coordination of our tender application process end to end.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants broad, hands-on exposure across marketing and BD, with real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the founder and get a front-row seat to how a growing company builds its brand and wins business.

What You'll Do

Marketing (40%)

. Plan, create, and execute social media content across our key platforms

. Maintain and update the company website (content, basic edits, keeping it current)

. Support lead generation campaigns for our learning programs - from planning through execution and basic performance tracking

Business Development (30%)

. Oversee the end-to-end tender application process, from identifying opportunities to final submission

. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather inputs and meet submission deadlines

. Track tender pipelines and ensure nothing is missed

Administrative / Miscellaneous (30%)

. Support the founder and team with ad hoc projects, coordination, and follow-ups as needed

. Help keep processes and documentation organized across various projects

Requirements:

. Min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline (business or marketing preferred)

. Entry-level candidates welcome, this role is designed for someone keen to learn and grow

. Genuine interest in marketing, business development, and/or the adult learning/education industry

. Some exposure to social media content creation, basic website management, or B2B coordination is a plus, but not required

Pay Range: S$2,500-3,000/month base (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonus
