Engineering & Environmental Consulting Sector
Position Objective
To lead and develop the company's marketing and business development function by designing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that supports growth objectives, strengthens market positioning, enhances bid quality, and contributes to increasing project win rates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's operational and financial objectives.
- Define target market segments and priority sectors.
- Establish measurable KPIs and a structured execution roadmap.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
2. Marketing Execution & Oversight
- Oversee implementation of digital and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Manage external marketing agencies and service providers.
- Review and approve all marketing materials prior to publication.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
3. Corporate Content Development
- Develop and continuously enhance the Company Profile, Capability Statement, and service brochures.
- Standardize corporate presentations and client-facing templates.
- Translate technical services into clear, market-oriented content.
- Support website structure, content, and positioning.
4. Business Development & Tender Support
- Support RFQ, RFP, and SOQ submissions from a positioning and presentation perspective.
- Build and manage a structured CRM database of clients and opportunities.
- Monitor lead conversion and pipeline performance.
- Provide periodic performance reports highlighting marketing impact on growth.
5. Brand Governance
- Ensure proper implementation of corporate identity standards.
- Maintain quality and professionalism across all marketing outputs.
- Align communication materials with the company's strategic positioning.
6. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical services firms is preferred.
- Proven experience managing external marketing vendors or agencies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with public and private sector tender processes is an advantage.
