Role Description

Modernist Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and following up delivering strategic marketing proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, leverage digital and traditional marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals. The role also includes identifying potential partnerships and contributing to business growth and brand development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Acquisition
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Positioning
• Familiarity with Events, Conventional and Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, and Trend Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities and project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the events or advertising industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly English and Arabic
