Role Summary
We are seeking a highly execution driven Campaign Operations Leader who can translate growth strategy into scalable, measurable in app marketing programs. This role requires a hands on operator with strong cross functional influence, deep familiarity with food tech platform mechanics, and a proven ability to build and optimize high performing UAE market local teams.
Success will be measured by campaign impact, operational rigor, and speed of iteration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Focused Campaign Strategy
- Own the end to end operating model for in app marketing campaigns aligned with business growth targets and UAE local market dynamics.
- Convert high level growth goals into executable campaign roadmaps with clear performance KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaign mechanics based on user behavior and funnel performance.
2. Build and Lead a High Performance Team
- Define the hiring profile for local campaign operations talent with emphasis on execution capability and data literacy.
- Recruit, coach, and performance manage the team through structured operating rhythms.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and delivery standards across the team.
3. Cross Functional Growth Execution
- Drive tight operating cadence with Marketing, Merchant side teams, Logistics, and Product to unlock measurable growth.
- Remove execution bottlenecks and ensure fast decision making across stakeholders.
- Act as the central owner of campaign delivery quality and timeline discipline.
4. Innovation with Commercial Impact
- Lead rapid testing of UAE market localized campaign mechanics that improve conversion, retention, and frequency.
- Partner closely with Product teams to prioritize and iterate marketing tools based on real business impact, not feature volume.
- Promote a test and learn culture with disciplined experimentation.
5. Performance Analytics and Operating Rigor
- Establish clear campaign performance dashboards and weekly review mechanisms.
- Drive deep dive analysis on funnel leakage, ROI, and incremental impact.
- Build a scalable campaign value measurement framework to guide investment decisions.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Background in Food tech or marketplace platforms is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6 years in campaign operations, growth operations, user growth
- Minimum of 3 years leading high output teams in fast paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience owning metrics such as conversion, retention, frequency, or GMV uplift.
