Job Summary:
The MarCom Digital Performance Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results across all online channels. This role focuses on performance marketing, analytics, and ensuring ROI on digital investments while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with MarCom objectives.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, programmatic) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives and ensure organic growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for conversion and engagement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure digital assets meet performance standards.
- Align messaging with brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Forecast and report on digital spend and ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement marketing automation and tracking solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
