We are a luxury/premium automotive dealership company based in UAE and looking to hire Marketing Communications Manager.
The Marketing Communication Manager (Marcom) plays a key role in managing and executing the brand's integrated marketing communication strategy across all channels. This role oversees digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, media planning, campaigns performance monitoring, budget planning, social media supervision, and PR activities, while closely coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal campaign performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Management: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital), aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Media Planning & Buying: Oversee media plans in collaboration with the media agency, ensuring optimal reach, cost-efficiency, and channel mix based on campaign goals. To lead the annual marketing communications budget planning process and monitor spending to stay within approved budgets.
- Digital Marketing & social media: Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across all platforms. Supervise content strategy and performance of social media channels in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
- Budget & ROI Monitoring: Manage marketing communication budgets, ensuring cost control, accurate forecasting, and tracking of ROI for all campaigns and activities
- PR & Media Relations: Coordinate PR campaigns and media engagements. Supervise external PR agency deliverables and ensure alignment with tone of voice and communication strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the CRM team to monitor campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and lead conversion. Provide feedback for CRM targeting and content strategy.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications maintain consistency with global brand standards and reinforce the brand's premium positioning in the UAE.
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience
- Marketing experience, preferably within the premium/luxury automotive industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and brand communication.
- Experience managing creative, media, and PR agencies.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Solid knowledge of marketing KPIs, reporting tools, and campaign performance analysis.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in budget handling, reporting, and ROI tracking.
- Collaborative, creative, and strategic thinker with a passion for automotive and luxury branding.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (social media, SEO, PPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
