Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit property videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Design creative posts, stories, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Write engaging captions and property descriptions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe editing tools.
• Strong creative, photography, and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
